We have Listed the Policies details below that are to be strictly to be followed by our Customers : 

  • Minimum service charge: $28
  • Hourly booking rates: $65 per hour (3 hour minimum)
  • Waiting Charges: $13 per 15 minutes.  (Wait charges do not begin until 25 minutes past scheduled pick up time)
  • Round trip waiting charges: $44 per hour (The first hour of a round trip run is free)
  • International Airport pickups: $20 extra due to the extended wait times
  • Terminal to Terminal: $10
  • Stop over: $10 additional.  (A stop over is considered to be a stop between the point of pickup and the final destination, and no more that 15 mins in duration.)
  • Extended stop: $22  (An extended stop is a stop which takes you out of reasonable travel from pickup to drop off, and shall not exceed 45 mins.)
  • Car seat: $10 (24hr advance notice required.  Please specify the car seat needed.)
  • No show charges: FULL FARE (Please DO NOT leave your scheduled pick up place/baggage claim area before you call us in order to avoid a NO SHOW charge.)
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 3 hours before scheduled pickup time are accepted without penalty.  Cancellations made within 3 hours of departure are subject to the FULL SERVICE CHARGE.
  • Service Terminations: The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate behavior of the passengers.  A full service charge would apply in this instance.
  • Alcohol and Drug consumption: Use of alcohol and drugs in the vehicle is prohibited by law.  Any charges brought about as a result of this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Luggage and Vehicle Loading Policy: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.  Luggage cannot be placed on passenger seats.
  • Gratuity: Gratuity is mandatory between the hours of 12:00am and 6:00am.  20% gratuity will be charged unless otherwise noted.
  • Change Rules: Policies and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Crown Ride is not responsible for the following:

  • Delays or the termination of service due to severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Delays or the termination of service due to the mechanical breakdown of the vehicle.
  • Articles left in the vehicle.
  • Any type of damage or loss.
